TRADE / WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS

**Our lead times on wholesale orders are currently 2-3 weeks**

Under normal conditions we process all orders in under 5 days. Where stock is available orders leave the next working day.

Personalised orders - we normally allow ourselves a 5 day turnaround to accomodate engraved orders.

Pewter is perfect for everyday use and with the minimum of care it can retain its wonderful finish . It should be NEVER be washed in a dishwasher (the chemicals in the detergent will react with the pewter and ruin the finish). For this reason we recommend washing by hand in hot soapy water and dried with a soft cloth. When drying your pewter, keep the direction of the cloth in a straight up and down motion, never in circles. Pewter is a soft metal and will easily scratch with a hard cloth.

If your item is used for storage of alcohol (example Hip Flasks,) we recommend that you should not leave your favourite tipple in there for more than 24 hours. Hip Flasks are not suitable for carbonated mixtures.

On the rare occasions where a product has arrived faulty or damaged, you must notify us within 14 days of receipt with details of the problem.

This is preferred by email.

We may ask you to email us photo's of the faulty/damaged product so we can assess the problem.

Our staff will then ensure that your problem is dealt with swiftly and effectively.

If your problem requires a replacement, you will be asked to return the faulty/damaged goods to us. To make this as easy as possible we will provide a returns label and a returns form for you to complete.
