NON-PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
For all orders placed before 1pm we will dispatch the same working day.
Our normal working hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.00pm and we only dispatch orders during these timescales.
All weekend orders will be dispatched Monday.
Delivery costs and available delivery options are shown at the checkout.
Dependent upon the delivery option you choose at checkout, this will determine the length of time to receive your order.
PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
For all personalised orders we require just 1 working day to despatch your goods.
For example an order placed on Tuesday after 1pm will be despatched Thursday, if this is placed before 1pm it will be despatched Wednesday.
Please be aware that orders placed on Friday after 1pm will not be despatched until Monday. All weekend orders will be despatched on Tuesday.
Delivery Methods - UK
For UK deliveries we have 2 courier methods, Royal Mail 2nd Class and UPS Next working day Courier.
Royal Mail 2nd Class Service typically takes 2-4 working days for delivery, and UPS is a next-working day service (excluding highland, Islands and remote areas)
Royal Mail 2nd class is will cost £5.50 per order and UPS courier prices start from £7.50. Orders over £100.00 qualify for free delivery with Royal Mail 2nd Class but can be upgraded to UPS for an additional cost.

Delivery Methods - NI, Highlands, Islands, CI
For shipping addresses located in certain postcodes areas in Northern Ireland, the Highlands, Islands and Channel Islands our prices and services do vary slightly.
Our express next-day courier is not available in these regions, and depending on the postcode can take up to 2-4 workings days for delivery. In addition to this, our express service price is different for each postcode area, but is typically around £20 - £30
For all orders under 2kg in weight, we can ship via Royal Mail, therefore in these postcode areas we have two Royal Mail services available; 1st class recorded (£7.50) and 2nd class recorded (£5.50).
Delivery times are entirely dependant on the shipping postcode, and more information is available at the Royal Mail website.
Delivery Methods - Intl
International Delivery depends entirely on 2 factors; the weight of the items being shipped, and where in the world it's being shipped to.
Our website will calculate the exact price of delivery in your cart based on the weight of your total order and the shipping address.
