Christmas Order Refund Prize Draw 2026

Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This promotion is operated by A J Sharp Ltd, trading as English Pewter Company, 411 Petre Street, Sheffield, S4 8LL, United Kingdom.

2. Promotional Period

The promotion begins at 6pm on 5 November 2026 and closes at 12:00 noon GMT on Monday 21 December 2026.

Only qualifying orders placed and successfully paid for during this period will be entered into the prize draw.

3. Eligibility

The promotion is open to customers aged 18 or over who are resident in the United Kingdom and place a qualifying order through the English Pewter Company website.

Employees of the Promoter and anyone directly involved in administering the draw are excluded.

4. How to Enter

Every qualifying order placed during the promotional period receives one automatic entry into the prize draw.

No separate entry form, email subscription or submission of an order number is required.

All eligible orders are entered automatically, regardless of whether the customer subscribes to marketing communications.

Products are sold at their usual retail prices. No additional fee is charged for entry into the prize draw.

5. Prizes

Ten qualifying orders will be selected at random.

Each winning order will receive a refund equal to its eligible order value, up to a maximum of £50.

For example:

• An eligible order worth £25 will receive a £25 refund.

• An eligible order worth £50 will receive a £50 refund.

• An eligible order worth £80 will receive a £50 refund.

The maximum total value of all refunds is £500.

6. Winner Selection

The draw will take place on 21-22nd December 2026, after the promotional period has closed.

Ten winning orders will be selected from all valid entries using a verifiably random process.

Each eligible order will have an equal chance of selection.

The Promoter will retain records demonstrating that the selection process was conducted fairly.

7. Winner Notification and Refunds

Winners will be contacted using the email address associated with their order within seven days of the draw.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 30 days of the promotional closing date.

No additional purchase or payment will be required to receive a refund.

8. Cancelled or Refunded Orders

Orders cancelled, fully refunded or identified as fraudulent before the draw will not qualify.

Any partial returns or refunds will be handled fairly in accordance with these terms and applicable consumer law.

This promotion does not affect customers' statutory rights.

9. Marketing Communications

Subscription to English Pewter Company's marketing emails is entirely optional.

Subscribing or unsubscribing will not affect eligibility or the chance of winning.

10. Privacy and Winner Information

Personal information will be processed for the administration of the prize draw, including eligibility verification, winner selection, notification and prize fulfilment.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with English Pewter Company's Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection legislation.

Information about valid prize awards will be made available where required by applicable advertising rules. Winners will be informed of their right to object to publication or request a reduction in the information disclosed.

11. General Conditions

The Promoter reserves the right to investigate suspected fraud and disqualify invalid entries where there is reasonable evidence of abuse.

The Promoter will not amend, suspend or cancel the promotion except where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control and where permitted by applicable law.

The Promoter will administer the promotion fairly and in accordance with applicable laws and advertising regulations.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections applicable in other parts of the United Kingdom.
